Laguna is a three-room apartment, about 70 square meters
wide, on the ground floor, which can host up to six people.
It consists of a living-room (with a settee convertible into
a double bed), a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom,
a bathroom with a box-shower, and a small verandah.
The apartment is equipped with: house-phone, air
conditioning, electric oven, four-blazes gas-stove with
aspiring chimney, fridge and freezer, washing-machine, flat
iron with ironing-board, colour TV set with remote control,
gas-boiler, hairdryer. The apartment is not provided with
linen.
